How Do I Create A Client/rDVM Communication Record?
1. Go to the VTH Home Page
2. Click the VTH Patient Information Link
3. Enter a case number or other search criteria and press Search
4. Click the Case Number Link
5. Click the Update Link in the Owner/RDVM Communications section.
Note that ICA server access is not required to create these documents.
The Date and Time fields will default to the current time but can be modified. Several of the fields are required, including Person Contacted and Via. To render the record un-editable check the Finalize box; otherwise the record can be changed within a week of its creation.
Click the Save button to save the record.
