Fee Estimates can be created by accessing the ”Fee-Estimator” link near the upper left-hand corner of the VTH Homepage.
You will be prompted for your Eid login/password.
A link to Fee Estimates can also be accessed from the “Med Recs” web pages. This link can be accessed in either of the following ways:
· VTH Home Page
§ VTH Patient Appointments
· (Service Area Link)
o “Med Recs” link
· VTH Home Page
§ VTH Patient Information
· (Enter case number or other search criteria)
o “Med Recs” or “Other Med Recs” link
You will be prompted for your Eid login/password. Depending on the Service Area various documents and links are available from the “Med Recs” page. The Client Fee Estimate is named “Fee Estimate”.
